Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho One customization, configuration, and analytical reporting.
• Proficiency in Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, and other Zoho One services.
• Skillful in script creation and deployment using Zoho's serverless features for customized workflows.
• Experience in CRM data model redesign and familiarity with standard CRM structures.
• Competent in identifying and fixing tracking/reporting issues.
• Knowledge of best sales practices and ability to implement effective CRM solutions.
• Experience with Zoho CRM custom modules and understanding of complex data relationships.
• Proficient in SQL for enhanced reporting and analytics.
