Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Bioinformatics Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for analyzing complex biological data, developing computational tools, and collaborating with researchers to advance our understanding of human disease.

Responsibilities

Analyzing genomic and transcriptomic data using various bioinformatics tools and techniques

Developing and implementing computational pipelines for large-scale data analysis

Collaborating with researchers to design and execute experiments

Maintaining and updating databases and software systems

Providing training and support to lab members on bioinformatics tools and techniques

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field

2+ years of experience in bioinformatics and computational biology

Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java

Experience with high-performance computing and cloud-based technologies

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
