As an ERP consultant, you will understand our customer's processes, help them map them to the product, work closely with the product team, train users and help them achieve their business goals. This job will test both your analytical and persuasive skills.

Responsibilities:

• You'll engage with sales prospects to understand and assess customer requirements, prepare and present demonstrations of ERPNext's features, and address and overcome technical objections that arise throughout the sales process.
• Helping prospects evaluate and visualize how our solutions can add value to their companies.
• You will drive the entire project more like an account manager.
• Must be well versed with Agile Methodologies.
• Work with the team to create activities (e.g. identifying and handling key customer technical questions and objections) in order to develop strategies, resolve technical impediments, and scope out-migration workloads.
• Perform detailed requirement elicitation with the client based on the project plan.
• Clearly, document gathered requirements and use ER knowledge to define what will need configuration and which will need development (GAP analysis).
• Create diagrams that present the client’s business cycles and requirements such as (flow charts, ERD, Use cases,..) as needed.

Requirements :

• Any Graduate or Post Graduate
• 5+years of experience in ERPNext Implementation
• Experience working on implementation projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, self-starter with a very high degree of ownership
• The candidate must have experience in a wide range of projects using various apps and modules like POS, Website, Accounting, Supply Chain, HR, and other apps that are currently live on client production servers.
• Ability to speak both business process and technical process based on the audience that you are addressing, supporting, or working with.
• We are looking to create our own Whitelabel ERP using ERP Next you must be willing and understand this huge undertaking.
