Job Description

Position: Senior SCM D365 F&O Consultant


Summary:
We are looking for a Senior SCM D365 F&O Consultant with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in supply chain management (SCM), process optimization, and solution implementation. This role requires strong functional consulting skills, client engagement experience, and leadership in complex SCM implementations for enterprise clients.


Responsibilities:


Solution Design & Implementation:

  • Lead end-to-end SCM implementations within D365 F&O, ensuring business objectives are met.
  • Analyze client requirements and design tailored supply chain solutions.
  • Configure and customize D365 F&O SCM modules to optimize operations.

Business Process Optimization:

  • Identify inefficiencies in procurement, inventory, warehouse, logistics, and production processes.
  • Recommend and implement best practices for supply chain management.
  • Assist clients in transforming SCM operations using D365 F&O capabilities.

Client Engagement & Advisory:

  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on supply chain digital transformation.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Ensure strong client relationships and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Leadership & Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations.
  • Lead and mentor junior consultants, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Prepare functional design documents, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Track project progress and report key milestones to leadership.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an SCM Consultant with D365 F&O.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and demand planning.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing D365 F&O SCM modules.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and drive successful implementations.
