Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Implementation & Functional Consulting

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
  • Manage the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, ensure system alignment with business processes, and optimize configurations.
  • Provide user training and post-implementation support to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices, Microsoft Sure Step methodology, and compliance standards.

Customer Engagement & Solution Advocacy

  • Be a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring strong relationships and positive feedback.
  • Understand the client’s business processes and recommend optimizations using Microsoft D365 F&O.
  • Act as a strong advocate for adherence to best practices and standards, supporting clients in ERP adoption.
  • Ensure customers value the consultant’s expertise and hold them in high regard for solution delivery.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

  • Work closely with functional teams, technical consultants, and project managers to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide support and assistance to junior consultants while sharing best practices.
  • Ensure functional teams adhere to standards, guidelines, and quality expectations.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or IT.
  • Certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance / Supply chain)
  • Professional Qualification: ACCA is preferred.

Experience:

  • 3-4 years of experience in ERP consulting, with at least 2 full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Manufacturing modules.
  • Ability to independently manage ERP implementations with moderate to minimal supervision.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Functional & ERP Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement).
  • Experience in GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Warehouse Management.
  • Exposure to HR, Payroll, Landed Cost Management, or Project Management Accounting (PMA) is a plus.

Soft Skills & Leadership

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills to engage with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to mentor junior consultants and contribute to team success.

Customer-oriented approach ensuring high client satisfaction.
