Senior Site Engineer – Construction Industry

Salary Range: 7,000 AED – 9,000 AED

Qualification: B.E. Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Experience: 10 – 15 years in the construction industry (Mandatory)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in basement work, RCC structures, finishing work, and project coordination while ensuring compliance with authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Basement Work: Must have in-depth knowledge of basement construction, including excavation, waterproofing, and structural stability.

· RCC Structure: Strong expertise in Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) structures, ensuring quality execution as per engineering standards.

· Finishing Work: Oversee finishing activities, ensuring high-quality workmanship in flooring, plastering, painting, and overall aesthetics.

· Client & Consultant Coordination: Effectively communicate and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

· Project Control: Must be capable of independently managing and controlling the project site, ensuring timelines, cost, and quality standards are met.

· Authority Regulations: Thorough knowledge of local authority rules and construction regulations, ensuring all work is compliant with legal requirements.

Mandatory Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil) is required.

· 10-15 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to handle high-pressure environments and meet deadlines.
