YOUR TASK & RESPONSIBILITES:

• Responsible to manage scanning activity to all sell out product to customers and as well

as return from customer to support TNT project.

• Responsible to data extract of delivery notes from SAP and transfer to win safe software

after completion of scanning activity with accuracy.

• Responsible for timely completion of scanning activity without any delay in dispatches to

customers due to TNT activities.

• Responsible for QR code printing for all warehouses if any QR code missing or torn on

any product or CTNs.

• Responsible for record keeping and provide data of the TNT activities as and when

required.

• Responsible for maintenance and service of printers and scanning devices to keep

devices in running position.

• Responsible to keep back up devices in his custody and in running condition.

Responsible to follow HSE standards and safety protocols during TNT activity.

• Coordinate with WH InCharge for the smooth execution of TNT project and as well as

support to warehouse InCharge for inventory management, timely dispatches,

Reconciliation, Inventory segregation, Sale Return Process, and Record Keeping etc.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Education: Graduate (BA, BSc)

• Experience: 5 year working experience in Inventory Management, Pesticides/Seeds

Materials Handling & Logistic Operation.

• Technical Skills: MS Office Skills, SAP, SD Modules & Emails, Record Keeping

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
