Participation at / networking in Congresses and Conventions:The MSL attends congresses and conventions, interacts with KOLs (Doctors), establishesnew contacts and gathers competitive intelligence.5. KOL identification / profiling / segmentation and strategy and engagement planning:In alignment with product Integrated Brand Plan (IBP), the MSL contributes to internalunderstanding of specific KOL interests and expertise within the medical community at large.7. Preparation of reports and tracking activities:Document all MSL activities accurately in accordance with company protocols andregulatory requirements within VEEVA system.8. Medical Education and Training:Maintain a thorough understanding of the scientific and technical aspects of the assignedproducts to effectively communicate with HCP/KOLs, Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) onscientific aspects of the assigned products and relevant therapeutic areas.9.
