Job Description

1. Order allocation as per the cargo availability by GEMCL.

2. Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely availability of trucks.

3. Manage outside trucks lineup & liaise with GEMCL supervisor for smooth truck entry into Depo.

4. Vehicle examination.

5. Make real time systematic dispatch entries (vehicle gate in & gate out) in OTM after go live.

6. Freight rate calculation and approval.

7. Freight market Intelligence & truck adda visit.

8. Invoice creation & verification (after OTM implementation).

9. Coordination with transporters to ensure timely payment of royalty and excise challan.

10. Coordination with finance for invoice settlements.

11. Prepare daily dispatch reports & conduct transporter performance evaluation
