We are seeking a detail-oriented Website Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of our website(s). The ideal candidate will conduct thorough testing to identify issues related to design, navigation, performance, responsiveness, security, and accessibility. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with web testing tools, and an understanding of web development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive testing on websites, including functional, usability, performance, security, and accessibility testing.
• Identify, document, and track website bugs and inconsistencies using issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure a high-quality user experience.
• Test website functionality across multiple browsers, devices, and operating systems to ensure compatibility and responsiveness.
• Perform regression testing after updates and new feature releases.
• Validate that websites comply with industry standards, including WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and SEO best practices.
• Analyze site performance metrics and recommend improvements for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Assist in developing and maintaining QA documentation, including test cases and test plans.
• Conduct automated and manual testing to streamline quality assurance processes.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in website QA testing, preferably in an agile development environment.
• Experience using QA tools like Selenium, BrowserStack, or Google Lighthouse.
• Familiarity with website security principles and performance optimization techniques.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Experience working in agile/scrum development environments.
