We're looking for a results-driven Social Media Strategist to own social media presence across our multi-brand portfolio. This person will lead a creative team to produce high-performing content, work closely with Heads of Digital Marketing to align social strategy with performance goals, and bring a mix of creative instinct, data literacy, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate treats social media as a growth and sales channel &mdash; not just a brand-awareness tool &mdash; and is comfortable using AI tools to move faster without sacrificing quality.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy &amp; Growth<ul><li>Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple brands, each with distinct audiences, tone, and goals</li><li>Own organic growth targets (followers, engagement, reach) across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms</li><li>Translate social activity into measurable sales and lead-gen outcomes</li><li>Stay current on platform trends, algorithm shifts, and content formats relevant to the Dubai/UAE market</li></ul>Paid Social<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook &amp; Instagram) in coordination with the performance marketing team</li><li>Align paid social budgets with overall media spend and ROAS targets set by the Digital Marketing HOD</li><li>A/B test creative, copy, and audiences to continuously improve performance</li></ul>Content &amp; UGC (AI-Generated)<ul><li>Use AI tools to create UGC-style content (scripts, voiceovers, or AI avatars) that feels native and authentic rather than overtly branded</li><li>Build and manage a UGC content pipeline using AI generation tools alongside creator-sourced or customer content</li><li>Brief and guide the creative team (designers + photographer) on shoot concepts, content calendars, and platform-specific formats (Reels, Stories, carousels, short-form video)</li></ul>Influencer MarketingIdentify, vet, and manage relationships with relevant UAE-based influencers and micro-creators across our brand categoriesNegotiate collaborations, briefs, and deliverables; track performance against agreed KPIsBuild a repeatable influencer outreach and management process across multiple brandsReporting &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Build and present CRO (conversion rate optimization) reports connecting social performance to on-site/funnel behavior</li><li>Report on organic and paid performance with clear, brand-by-brand breakdowns for HODs</li><li>Use data to recommend concrete changes to content, targeting, or funnel &mdash; not just report numbers</li></ul>AI &amp; Workflow Automation<ul><li>Use Claude (or similar AI tools) to speed up content ideation, copywriting, caption generation, and reporting workflows</li><li>Build or contribute to lightweight automation systems for content planning, approvals, and performance tracking</li><li>Continuously look for ways AI can reduce manual work across the social function</li></ul>Team Leadership<ul><li>Manage and direct a team of 3 graphic designers and 1 photographer</li><li>Plan content calendars, shoot schedules, and creative briefs across all brands</li><li>Review and approve creative output for brand consistency and quality</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with Heads of Digital Marketing across departments to align social strategy with broader marketing goals</li><li>Coordinate with SEO/Ads teams where campaigns overlap</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>5+ years managing social media for multiple brands or a multi-brand company (please verify preferred years)</li><li>Proven experience running Meta Ads with measurable ROAS/CPA results</li><li>Strong knowledge of the UAE/Dubai social media and consumer landscape</li><li>Experience using AI tools to generate UGC-style content (scripts, voiceovers, AI avatars, or similar) &mdash; replaces &quot;Comfortable creating UGC-style content personally, on camera or via voiceover</li><li>Experience running or coordinating influencer marketing campaigns</li><li>Ability to build and present CRO/performance reports</li><li>Hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in a marketing workflow</li><li>Experience leading or directing a small creative team</li></ul>Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience with Claude automation for social media? We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media &amp; Graphic Design Specialist to join our team.
