Senior Creative Content

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content across multiple brands, managing Meta advertising campaigns, and leveraging AI tools to streamline content production.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish high-quality reels, videos, graphics, and social media creatives.
• Produce a minimum of 8 content pieces per day (mix of reels, videos, and static creatives) across multiple brands.
• Plan, design, edit, and optimize content for social media platforms.
• Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
• Use AI tools such as Claude and other creative automation platforms to improve efficiency in content creation and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and 4 colleagues to execute content strategies.
• Monitor campaign and content performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Ensure brand consistency across all content and marketing materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, graphic design, and video editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing reels, video content, graphics, and advertising creatives.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with Claude AI and other AI-powered content creation tools.
• Experience managing content for multiple brands simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily content targets.
• Knowledge of content planning, audience engagement, and performance analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Interior Design industry.
• Understanding of the UAE market, consumer behavior, and design trends.
• Experience working with luxury, home décor, architecture, or interior design brands.

Team Structure

• Report directly to the Marketing Manager.
• Work closely with a team of 4 colleagues on content, marketing, and brand initiatives.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
