Visit assigned retail outlets as per the designated schedule.Accurately complete the time tracker (Chrono) form for each shop visit.
Manage and audit a set number of assigned outlets (“Panel”) and ensure the completion of required items in the IC questionnaire.
Validate item descriptions, segments, prices, barcodes, and item codes before submitting the questionnaire.
Capture and upload product images in the e-pics system (LHHT/Niqpic) when permitted.
Maintain a daily target of auditing at least 65 items.
Collect new category/characteristics data as per business requirements.
Purchase items based on operational and ad-hoc requirements.
Assist with office activities related to IC questionnaire preparation and quality control.
Gather census information and support full census projects.
Maintain strong relationships with retailers/shopkeepers and report any cooperation issues to the supervisor.
Proactively capture and report information on new product launches, promotions, barcodes, and descriptions.
Attend briefing/training sessions before each audit period and participate in field training.
Provide market insights and prepare reports on key market activities.
Develop and submit new product launch reports with required specifications and images.
Ensure the fair distribution of promotional gifts to retailers as per company guidelines and obtain necessary receipts.
Adhere to NielsenIQ’s Code of Conduct and company policies.
Qualifications
High School or Medium School Certificate1-2 years of work experience in the FMCG field (preferred)
Strong communication skills
Basic arithmetic and analytical skills
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Good memory and inductive reasoning
English language typing and cognition
Honest, professional, and presentable
Comfortable with routine and outdoor work
Valid light vehicle driving license
Good knowledge of all areas in Kuwait
