Job Description
Job Summary:

We are looking for a Marketing BI Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making across marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and revenue impact. The ideal candidate will analyze marketing performance, develop insightful reports, and optimize data processes to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop dashboards and reports to track marketing KPIs (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, CLV)
  • Analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid ads, email, SEO, social media) to measure effectiveness and ROI
  • Automate marketing performance reporting and improve data visualization
  • Work with marketing teams to optimize customer segmentation and targeting strategies


Data Management & Automation

  • Ensure data accuracy by integrating marketing data from different sources (CRM, Google Analytics, Ad Platforms, etc.)
  • Build ETL pipelines for marketing data to centralize information in a data warehouse
  • Support predictive analytics initiatives to forecast customer behavior and campaign performance
  • Maintain data governance best practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and finance teams to align insights with business goals
  • Train marketing teams on leveraging BI dashboards and reports effectively
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation with data-driven insights


Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or business intelligence.

Experience working with marketing data sources (Google Analytics, CRM, Ad Platforms).

Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and marketing performance tracking.

Ability to present insights clearly and make data-driven recommendations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot is a plus) and marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of MarTech tools would be plus (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager)
  • Understanding of predictive analytics and machine learning in marketing
