Position Summary
The Affiliate Marketing Manager will be crucial in expanding and optimizing our affiliate program, which includes recruiting new affiliates, identifying high-performing influencers, and managing relationships with current affiliates. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of driving growth while ensuring our program runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll play a key role in refining our affiliate partnerships, improving conversions, and staying on top of industry trends to keep us competitive.
Key Accountabilities:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, influencers, and partners to expand our affiliate network and drive growth.Continuously monitor affiliate performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with affiliates, offering regular support and guidance to ensure their success.Source and establish partnerships with influencers who align with our brand, ensuring their promotion efforts drive conversions and brand awareness.Regularly assess the affiliate network to identify underperforming affiliates, negotiate exit strategies, and ensure the network consists of high-quality partners driving meaningful sales.Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, and marketing) to create up-to-date, compelling marketing materials that affiliates can use to promote our products effectively.Negotiate competitive commission structures and terms with new and existing affiliates to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.Stay informed on the latest trends in affiliate marketing and e-commerce to continuously refine strategies and leverage new opportunities.Track, analyze, and report on affiliate program performance, provide regular updates to leadership and make recommendations for improvements.Develop and implement strategies that align with broader marketing and sales goals, ensuring the affiliate program drives sustainable, long-term growth.
Education and Experience:
3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, particularly in e-commerce, with a proven track record of growing and optimizing affiliate programs.Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partnerships, including influencers and publishers.Ability to analyze performance data, track KPIs, and use insights to optimize campaigns and drive sales.Skilled in negotiating commission rates and partnership terms, balancing profitability with value for affiliates.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Proficiency in using affiliate platforms, tracking software, and marketing tools. Familiarity with Impact affiliate network and tracking technologies is a plus.Ability to collaborate with internal teams to create marketing collateral and promotions that will help affiliates succeed.Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and influencer strategies to ensure competitive positioning
