</b></h2>A Safety and Loss Prevention Coordinator provides essential back-end support to ensure the DC&rsquo;s safety and security programs run efficiently. This role focuses on &quot;glue&quot; of the department, focusing on documentation, record-keeping, and regulatory reporting.

<b>Responsibilities:
</b></h2><p><b>Key Accountabilities:
</b></p><ul><li>LP office tasks such as managing LP and Safety reports, data entry, and files in an organized manner
</li><li>Managing Card Access Systems, PIT Certifications, Key Holders, and Locker/Lock Assignment
</li><li>Scheduling PIT Training Sessions in the Classroom and Practical Training
</li><li>Conducting Safety Topics in New Hire Orientations
</li><li>Greeting visitors and notifying expecting parties of arrival
</li><li>Assigning Handicap Decals for individuals with validated need
</li><li>Additional administrative tasks required for business needs
</li><li>Elite ability to handle and preserve the integrity of personal or confidential information
</li><li>Maintain good working relationships between Loss Prevention, Human Resources Department, and Operations
</li><li>Keep close communication with Loss Prevention Manager and Safety Manager
</li><li>Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence and memos
</li><li>Key written and verbal communication skills
</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office/Outlook/Excel/SharePoint
</li><li>Self-Starter/Self Motivator
</li><li>Highly organized, detailed and efficient
</li>Ability to adapt to a changing environment<br>

</li></ul><p><b>Education and Requirements:
</b></p><ul><li>At least 2 years of similar experience in an office/distribution environment
</li><li>High School Diploma/GED required and/or College Degree Preferred
