 Position Summary:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The
 
 Merchandise Planner
 
 will be responsible for the complete financial management of assigned area of responsibility, including the creation of financial and merchandise plans, actualization of results, and a keen ability to identify, communicate, and implement strategic business opportunities at the division, category, and season code levels. The Planner will forecast sales, markdowns, and inventory levels on a regular basis and identify risks to the business and develop action plans in cooperation with their merchandising partner to mitigate risks profitably.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Accountabilities:

 Create monthly financial plans at division and category level for fiscal time periods
 </li>
 <li>
 Reforecast sales, gross margin, and inventory for fiscal time periods
 </li>
 <li>
 Recap end of season performance at division, category, season, and style levels for merchandise buy period
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct basic stock replenishment (order quantity by style, color, and size)
 </li>
 <li>
 Key item planning for all basic styles (sales, margin, inventory)
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct daily, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal sales reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage inventory flow on fashion receipts
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop size curve and pre-pack definitions
 </li>

 Partner with merchant to support the buy process

Merchandise Planner (Pakistan Office)

 Position Summary
 
 
 
 Amazon Planner is responsible for the creation of financial sales plans, actualization of results, and communicating business risks/opportunities at the division, category, and style level. This position will be responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory levels that support baseline and promotional sales. Supporting assortment initiatives, while achieving inventory in-stock, turn over and financial goals.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Accountabilities:

 Create wholesale preseason sales, margin and inventory plans by Division/Category/Style that support product and financial strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities by Division/Category
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage in-season sales and stock performance weekly, executing formal reforecast on monthly basis
 </li>
 <li>
 Present forecasts and action plans in monthly open-to-buy meetings across 52-week horizon
 </li>
 <li>
 Recap monthly/quarterly best-sellers by category against last plan and LY
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze and communicate size and color selling to impact future receipts
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with TCP Merchant team on aligned assortment approach
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with TCP planning and inventory management teams on cross channel inventory movements
 </li>
 <li>
 Ownership of weekly selling reports for Amazon
 </li>

 Education and Experience:

</h2>The Sales Audit Analyst will conduct tender verification, research, and resolution across multiple systems. This role will also prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations and journal entries as needed, and analyze data integrity throughout systems. Additionally, this position will support audits, projects, and operational activities.

<ul><li>Analyze and review daily sales and tender transactions, ensure supporting documentation is appropriate, and perform account reconciliations.
</li><li>Create reports that provide variance analyses or trends, which may indicate system or store-level issues.
</li><li>Download data files from various websites and systems into the central sales audit and/or G/L system.
</li><li>Assist with system enhancements and implementations.
</li><li>Ensure accounting entries are prepared and posted correctly, and that the resulting accounting treatment and G/L balances comply with GAAP and company revenue recognition policies.
</li><li>Oversee the write-off process by gathering and analyzing data, proposing entries, submitting them to the supervisor for approval, and ensuring they are posted accurately.
</li><li>Complete account reconciliations.
</li><li>Assist with forecasting using past and current data analysis, industry trends, and company business plans.
</li><li>Collaborate and communicate with Loss Prevention and Operations on store-related issues and opportunities.
</li><li>Help with journal entries, accruals, and weekly/monthly reports.
</li><li>Report any suspicious activity or potential ethics violations to senior management.
</li><li>Run various complex reports, perform ad hoc calculations, financial models, data queries, and other special projects as needed.
