Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Devise and execute robust social media strategies aligned with company objectives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Content Management: Oversee content scheduling and production, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of engaging posts across platforms.
- Content Creation Oversight: Collaborate with content creators, providing clear direction and references to maintain brand consistency and relevance.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends, conducting regular research to identify emerging topics and opportunities for engagement.
- Organic Engagement Enhancement: Implement strategies to boost organic reach and interaction, driving community growth and loyalty.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor social media metrics, analyze campaign performance, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
- Influencer Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our message and extend our reach.
Requirements:
- Experience: 01 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced tech or digital marketing environment.
- Creativity: Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and develop engaging content concepts that resonate with target audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu, with a keen eye for detail and brand voice consistency.
- Collaboration: A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, bringing together diverse perspectives for optimal outcomes.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and embrace new technologies and trends in social media marketing.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
