Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Google Ads Expert to manage and optimize six Google Ads accounts, with a focus on reducing ad spend while increasing conversions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in paid search strategy, performance marketing, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise six Google Ads accounts across different industries.
• Develop and implement cost-effective PPC strategies to reduce ad spend while maximizing ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and ad copy testing to enhance ad performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Improve Quality Score, CTR, and Conversion Rates to lower CPC and CPA.
• Implement audience targeting strategies (remarketing, custom audiences, etc.).
• Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking for data-driven decisions.
• A/B test landing pages, ad creatives, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Stay updated with Google Ads trends, policies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing high-budget Google Ads accounts.
• Expertise in Performance Max, Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube Ads.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, Data Studio, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and make real-time campaign adjustments.
• Google Ads Certifications (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to report campaign performance clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing multi-account setups (e.g., MCC).
• Knowledge of automation, scripts, and AI-driven bidding strategies.
• Familiarity with third-party tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Optmyzr, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
