Job Description
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and product awareness
  • Manage social media accounts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and posting
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, optimizing strategies based on data insights
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new social media tools
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments, and build relationships with followers
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure a cohesive digital strategy
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Report on campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements


Requirements


Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management (3+ years)
  • Proficiency in social media management tools
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and how to measure campaign success
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your digital marketing and social media campaigns
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
