 *Support Associate*
 
 
 Role and Responsibilities
 
 
 As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your main responsibility is to provide excellent service by assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. This role requires a person who is a strong problem-solver and is committed to putting the customer first.
 
 
 Key responsibilities include:
 
 
 Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
 
 Identifying and resolving customer issues by providing accurate information, troubleshooting problems, and offering effective solutions.
 
 Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
 
 Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide the best possible support.
 
 Handling customer complaints with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
 
 
 Skills and Qualifications

 Required qualifications and skills:
 
 
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
 Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
 
 Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric attitude.
 
 Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 
 High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
 
 Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred,but not required.
 
 
 Linguistic Recruiters:&nbsp;
 
 Recruit skilled language professionals (translators and interpreters) from around the world.
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  Conduct interviews and assess candidate language proficiency.&nbsp;
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial screening to onboarding.&nbsp;
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  Build and maintain a strong pipeline of multilingual talent.&nbsp;
 
 &nbsp;
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Qualification:&nbsp;
 
  Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.&nbsp;
 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.&nbsp;
 
  Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
