Job Description

We are seeking a skilled PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a PPC Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and analyzing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions for our products/services. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value terms and phrases relevant to our target audience and business objectives.
  • Ad Creation and Optimization: Write compelling ad copy and create visually appealing ad creatives that drive clicks and conversions. Continuously optimize ads for improved performance and relevance.
  • Budget Management: Monitor campaign budgets, allocate funds effectively, and adjust bidding strategies to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests on ad copy, targeting parameters, and landing pages to identify the most effective strategies for driving results.
  • Audience Targeting: Utilize audience targeting features to reach specific demographics, interests, and behaviors, ensuring ads are served to the most relevant audiences.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new advertising features to implement innovative strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the marketing team, including designers, content creators, and SEO specialists, to align PPC efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, with a track record of achieving measurable results.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media advertising platforms, including audience targeting options, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and communicate campaign performance insights effectively.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on continuous optimization and improvement.
  • Google Ads and other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field preferred.
