Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Design and implement change management strategies to support organizational change initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and address problems
  • Responsible for leading the organizational development and effectiveness strategy
  • Design and run training and development programs to support employee growth and organizational development.
  • Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Fresh to 2 years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks

Job Type: Full-time
