Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Design and implement change management strategies to support organizational change initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and address problems
- Responsible for leading the organizational development and effectiveness strategy
- Design and run training and development programs to support employee growth and organizational development.
- Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Fresh to 2 years of experience in HR or a related field
- Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
Job Type: Full-time
