JOB REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Education: BS / MS/ MPhil in Biological Sciences or MLT</li><li>Campus: IHHN Korangi campus</li><li>Experience: 05 to 08 Years in relevant field</li></ul>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Conduct chemical analysis of body fluids including blood, urine, and CSF.</li><li>Calibrate and operate all instruments in Chemical Pathology Lab</li><li>Proper storage of samples of abnormal results</li><li>Issuance of accurate reports</li><li>Run quality controls on daily basis, review LJ plot, run EQA and its interpretation</li><li>Smooth and efficient running of Chemical Pathology section.</li><li>Validation of all tests performed in Chemical Pathology according to CAP requirement.</li><li>Proper maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.</li><li>Inventory management</li><li>Maintaining all records and documentation according to CAP requirements</li><li>Preparing SOPS</li><li>Liaison with clinicians during reporting of unusual or abnormal results</li><li>Coordination with the IT staff for interfacing, LIS development and implementation Coordination with other relevant department i. e purchase biomedical, maintenance etc. Developing and implementing reporting formats according to CAP requirements</li><li>Training and teaching trainees, junior technologists, rotational staff and students Monitoring internal and external quality control program</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Senior Technologist: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Karachi (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
