Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in basic hematology procedures, including sample handling and support in analysis of blood and body fluids under supervision.</li><li>Assist in operating and calibrating hematology instruments and support routine maintenance activities as guided by senior staff.</li><li>Support daily quality control activities, observe LJ plots/EQA processes, and escalate abnormal findings to seniors.</li><li>Assist in report preparation, sample storage, and documentation; support test repetition/rejection processes as per SOPs under supervision.</li><li>Assist in inventory tracking and stock maintenance, follow SOPs and safety guidelines, and actively participate in training and rotational shifts.</li></ul>Job Requirement:<ul><li>Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. / MLT / BS / MS in Biological Sciences</li><li>Experience: Fresh Graduates or having 05 months of experience or within Hematology Department.</li><li>Bachelors Degree. (Required)</li><li>Willing to work in rotations.
