Job Profile

Job Overview:
The Manager – Learning & Development will be responsible for managing the learning and development department, overseeing training programs, and ensuring the effective implementation of on-the-job training for employees. This role involves assessing training needs, maintaining training records, and continuously improving training materials to enhance employee development and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Learning & Development department and its teams.
  • Oversee all training-related activities, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Manage on-the-job training (OJT) programs, including technical, non-technical, and domain-specific training for new hires.
  • Maintain comprehensive training records, including training materials, attendance logs, and assessment results.
  • Identify learning needs and develop training programs for both functional and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure timely collection and analysis of training and OJT feedback forms to improve training effectiveness.
  • Research, update, and enhance all training materials to keep them relevant and effective.
  • Develop case studies and knowledge-sharing emails for billing-related processes.
  • Maintain all printed training materials and ensure they are updated as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support their training-related initiatives.
  • Act as a resource for employees, addressing and resolving training-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with MTBC’s information security and privacy policies.
  • Protect company assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference.
  • Perform any other tasks delegated by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR roles.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training software.
  • Ability to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience in corporate training and employee development programs.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
