Job Profile

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our company as Lead Offshore Vendor Evaluation. The primary responsibility of this role will be to conduct regular and thorough vendor evaluations, ensuring the highest quality of service and competitive pricing. Additionally, the role will assess the optimal use of vendor services within the Company and evaluate efficient use and the required termination of services, while keeping a constant upstream of data, analysis, and findings for management to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular evaluations, and comparatives on vendors’ services, focusing on utility, efficiency, quality of service, and pricing.
  • Analyze vendor service usage data and prepare detailed reports.
  • Perform projection analysis of cost and savings over a period.
  • Identify and recommend the termination of any unused, unnecessary services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand service requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of vendor contracts and performance metrics.
  • Provide recommendations for vendor improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in Vendor Management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ACCA, MBA, BBA, CFA qualified.

Tools / Skills

  • Hands-on technical expertise and proven proficiency in understanding the requirements and capabilities of crucial service and product requirements. Therefore, the ideal candidate should have proven experience in vendor management or procurement for IT and ICT, HR, HealthCare Billing Applications, and other products and services.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding the financial aspects of outsourcing, including cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and performance of outsourced services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and interpret vital data related to vendor performance, costs, and risks, to help make informed decisions.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure favorable terms and conditions for CareCloud.
  • The candidate must have familiarity with diverse cultures and time zones. Also, verbal and written communication skills are essential to this role.
  • Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are necessary.
