Location: 28 Km, Faisalabad Sheikhupura Road, Pakistan

HRPSP is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Import & Local Procurement for one of its clients in Faislabad. If you have expertise in procurement, supplier management, and supply chain optimization, this is your chance to play a key role in ensuring efficient sourcing and smooth operations!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee import & local procurement processes to ensure timely sourcing.
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with local & international suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Negotiate cost-effective contracts while ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Stay updated on market trends & trade regulations to optimize procurement strategies.
  • Work closely with finance & operations for budget alignment.
  • Prepare reports on procurement activities, costs, and savings.

Who We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in import & local procurement.
Skills:

  • Strong negotiation & communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of local & international trade regulations.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
