Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and goals to stakeholders and development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with strategic priorities.
• Write clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and other documentation.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, customers, and the development team.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features that meet user needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs and work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex problems.
