Job Summary:

A science teacher is responsible for educating students virtually in various scientific disciplines, such as biology, chemistry, physics, or math. The role involves developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, fostering a hands-on learning environment, and dealing with different international curriculums (O-Levels, A-Levels, Cambridge and Oxford).

Education

BS/M.Phil. /MS

Experience: Proven experience of at least 2 years in sciences subjects as mentioned in a reputable organization.

Skills:

• Fluent in English
• Strong problem-solving abilities

Handling pressure and work load.

• Able to work from 11am to 7pm office based.

Key Responsibilities:

Instruction: Teaching scientific concepts, theories, and principles in an understandable and engaging manner. This includes lectures, demonstrations, and interactive worksheets with examples.
1. Curriculum Development: Designing and organizing lesson plans that align with educational standards and student’s need and cater to different learning styles.

2. Assessment and Evaluation: Creating and administering tests, quizzes, and assignments to assess student understanding and progress. Providing constructive feedback and grades.

3. Virtual Classroom Management: Maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment, managing student behavior and making it both teacher and student-oriented class.

4. Student Support: Offering additional help and resources to students who may need extra assistance, and addressing individual learning needs.

5. Professional Development: Staying current with advancements in science education and continually improving teaching methods through professional development opportunities.

Collaboration: Virtual meetings with parents to ensure quality education.
