Job Summary:

The Ecommerce Onboarding Coordinator is crucial in ensuring that the online store is properly updated and aligned with the company's merchandising and operational goals. This position combines operational efficiency with attention to detail, requiring collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless product presentation and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Product Categorization and Onboarding:

• Manage the onboarding of products into PIM systems by product categories and internal product groupings.
• Build and update the sales catalog in alignment with the seasonal floor sets.

Content Management:

• Collect and track product content from copywriters and photo studios to ensure consistency and accuracy on the website.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Investigate and resolve any product-related issues (e.g., customer service, distribution, and quality concerns).

Product and Site Maintenance:

• Ensure that product details (images, titles, prices, colors, etc.) are accurately reflected on the website.
• Monitor the website daily to ensure product availability and fix any discrepancies or issues that arise.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with different levels of management, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent Organizational Skills : Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage projects effectively.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 1-2 years of work experience in e-commerce or omni-channel retail roles
