Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Export Strategies:
  • Create and implement export strategies to expand market share in international regions. Identify key markets, target countries, and potential business partners.
  • Manage Export Sales:
  • Identify and generate export sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure that export targets and sales quotas are met.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners. Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Ensure Compliance with International Trade Regulations:
  • Stay updated on international trade laws, tariffs, and compliance requirements. Ensure that all export activities comply with relevant regulations, documentation, and certifications.
  • Coordinate Export Shipments:
  • Work closely with logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment of products to international markets. Manage the export documentation process, including customs clearance and international shipping arrangements.
  • Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, understand market trends, and assess the competitive landscape in international markets.
  • Prepare and Manage Export Documentation:
  • Oversee the preparation of all necessary export documentation, including invoices, letters of credit, bills of lading, and export licenses. Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all documents.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment on international pricing, promotions, and payment terms. Assist with product localization strategies as required.
  • Monitor Export Performance:
  • Track and analyze export sales performance, providing regular reports and updates to senior management. Adjust strategies and processes based on performance data and market feedback.
  • Attend International Trade Shows and Exhibitions:
  • Represent the company at global trade events, exhibitions, and conferences to network, develop new business opportunities, and promote the company’s products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
