Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

Ø Responsible for follow-ups for documents and ensure & update record in system.

Ø Responsible for releasing original documents, shipping guarantees required for customs clearance of materials.

Ø Ensure all bank advices are received from relevant banks and entered in the system on daily regular basis.

Ø Responsible to collect and check clearing agents bills and input all relevant expenses in the system for accurate costings of all imported items.

Ø Responsible to submit all invoices & expenses to accounts department for timely closing of all imported orders.

Ø Responsible to coordinate with vendors in order to close any vendor supply complaint

Ø Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays in the import process.

Ø Attending to any other task requiring immediate attention and/or task assigned by the superior time by time.

Requirements and skills:

Ø 2-3 Years Proven working experience.

Ø Strong analytical capability and proactiveness

Ø Experience in collecting and analysing data

Ø Strong leadership capabilities

Ø BBA or BCOM degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration

Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
