Job Title: Import & Export Executive – Logistics & Trade Compliance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Import & Export Executive with experience in logistics, trade compliance, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor databases, ensuring contract compliance, conducting research on international trade regulations, and assessing supply chain risks.

Key Responsibilities:Vendor & Contract Management

• Maintain and update the vendor database, including pricing details.
• Ensure vendor documentation is complete and stored correctly.

Database & Compliance Management

• Manage databases related to trade compliance, HS codes, and shipping instructions.
• Ensure all information is accurate and up to date.

Research & Risk Assessment

• Conduct research on international trade laws, duties, and taxes related to IOR/EOR and the ICT industry.
• Stay updated on logistics and supply chain advancements.
• Assess potential risks that could impact the timely delivery of goods (e.g., political instability, logistics challenges).
• Monitor and identify global technology hardware manufacturing delays that could impact business operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in import/export, logistics, trade compliance, or procurement.
• Strong understanding of HS codes, trade laws, and shipping documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, or database management tools.
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of IOR/EOR processes and ICT industry regulations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
