As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Truck Load Dispatcher with brokerage experience to join our team.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Truck Load Dispatcher who has experience in brokerage operations, particularly in utilizing load boards such as DAT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently coordinating the transportation of freight, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with carriers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise load boards such as DAT to source and negotiate freight shipments.
• Dispatch and assign freight to carriers, ensuring optimal routing and scheduling.
• Monitor shipment progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
• Communicate effectively with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Negotiate rates and terms with carriers to maximise profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, rates, and carrier performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client base.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
