Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter based in Karachi who will be responsible for hiring local talent in Karachi to support our Canada-based brands. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for various functions while working closely with international stakeholders to meet business needs.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruitment for Karachi-based positions supporting our Canadian brands</li><li>Work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand role requirements and workforce needs</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels</li><li>Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds</li><li>Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process</li><li>Maintain recruitment pipelines, trackers, and hiring reports</li><li>Support onboarding activities and documentation for new hires in Karachi</li><li>Ensure recruitment practices align with company policies and local labor laws</li><li>Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of recruitment experience, preferably hiring in Pakistan</li><li>Strong understanding of local hiring practices and job markets in Karachi</li><li>Experience working with international companies or brands (preferred)</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience hiring for support, operations, tech, or creative roles</li><li>Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools</li><li>Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills</li><li>Ability to work with global teams across time zones</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work with international (Canada-based) brands</li><li>Career growth in a professional and fast-paced environment</li><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives</li><li>Supportive and collaborative workplace</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
