Responsibilities:

• Oversee the allocation and usage of pool cars within the company.
• Ensure that vehicles are maintained, serviced, and clean.
• Keep track of vehicle availability and schedule bookings for employees.
• Maintain records of pool car usage, including mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with employees to ensure the smooth scheduling of pool car usage.
• Implement a booking system (manual or digital) to avoid conflicts in car usage.
• Ensure that pool cars are available when needed for work-related travel.
