The Junior Finance Analyst will support the company’s financial operations by handling bookkeeping, AR/AP, payroll, and cash flow tracking. This role ensures accurate financial reporting while assisting in process improvements and financial efficiency enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record-Keeping & Reporting:
• Assist in preparing monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and financial reports.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and general ledger entries.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:
• Monitor daily cash flows and assist in financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Reconcile financial statements and support audit preparations.

Payroll & Expense Management:

• Assist in payroll processing and salary reconciliations.
• Ensure employee reimbursements and expense reports are processed accurately.
• Process Optimization & Finance Automation:
• Support ERP and financial system enhancements.
• Assist in improving financial processes for better efficiency and compliance.
• Participate in internal audits and regulatory compliance checks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ACCA, CA (Inter), CPA, or equivalent finance qualification.
• 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in an operational finance role.
• Experience with AP/AR, bookkeeping, and payroll processing.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong skills in Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
