Job Description :

Record & Process Purchase Invoices

  • Accurately record and process all incoming purchase invoices in compliance with IFRS
  • Verify and reconcile purchase orders with invoices
  • Maintain organized records of all purchase transactions

Record and Process Sales Invoices

  • Manage the recording and processing of sales invoices in a timely manner
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies
  • Collaborate with the sales team to address any discrepancies or issues

Record Payments

  • reconcile payments with outstanding invoices for accurate financial tracking
  • Generate receipts and maintain a systematic record of all financial transactions

Process & Maintain Customer Claims

  • Prioritize and process customer claims in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure all claims are held on a priority basis meeting company standards and customer expectations

Weekly cost calculation for cost of sales

  • Calculate the cost of sales on a weekly basis, factoring in deliveries performed and mileage traveled by carriers.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to gather necessary data for accurate cost calculation

Record and process Employee Reimbursements

  • Record and process employee reimbursement requests, verifying expenses and supporting documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company reimbursement policies and maintain accurate records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
