Job Description

Important: This is an onsite role with working hours from 6 PM to 3 AM (U.S. time). Please apply only if you are comfortable with this schedule.


Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies, including retargeting and lookalike audiences, to optimize performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to identify best-performing strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and formats (videos, carousels, static images, etc.).

Performance Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using platform insights, Google Analytics, and third-party tools.
  • Adjust budgets, bids, and targeting parameters to improve key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot underperforming ads and implement data-driven optimizations.

Reporting & Insights

  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop dashboards and tracking mechanisms to measure success against KPIs.
  • Present findings to stakeholders, translating complex data into meaningful business recommendations.

Collaboration & Industry Knowledge

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in paid social media.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to align strategies.
  • Test and implement new ad formats and features as they become available.


Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Retail or agency experience preferred
