Wide Ripples Digital Inc., a Canada-based digital marketing agency, is looking for a highly skilled and analytical SEO Manager to lead and grow our SEO efforts from our Lahore office.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, deeply knowledgeable in SEO strategies, analytics, and on-page/off-page optimization, and able to manage a team while delivering strong growth in organic traffic and rankings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for company and client websites.
  
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits.
  
• Manage and mentor the SEO team, setting clear KPIs and tracking performance.
  
• Oversee on-page and off-page SEO efforts, including content optimization, internal linking, and link building.
  
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to implement SEO best practices.
  
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
  
• Prepare and present SEO reports, insights, and recommendations to the management.

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  
• 3+ years of proven experience in SEO with at least 1 year in a managerial or lead role.
  
• Strong command over technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization.
  
• Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  
• Excellent understanding of ranking factors, SEO KPIs, and search engine algorithms.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
