Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Account Specialist to manage and optimize our online marketplace accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and ensuring smooth operations across platforms like Amazon, Noon, and other e-commerce sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize seller accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and Shopify to drive sales and improve product visibility.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing strategies.
• Monitor account performance, including sales trends, return rates, and customer feedback, and implement strategies for improvement.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns, including deals, discounts, and paid ads on e-commerce platforms.
• Handle inventory management, stock updates, and order fulfillment coordination.
• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations.
• Resolve account issues, disputes, and policy violations to maintain compliance with marketplace guidelines.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Monitor customer reviews and ratings, responding to inquiries and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Generate reports and analytics to track performance and suggest data-driven improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in e-commerce account management.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
• Experience in SEO for product listings and knowledge of PPC campaigns on e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with inventory management tools and order processing systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
