
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting data to support business decisions. This role requires a strong understanding of data systems, reporting tools, and business processes, particularly within the electronics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management & Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to generate meaningful insights for business performance.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to track key metrics such as sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends.
- Dashboard Creation: Design interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to visualize data effectively.
- Trend Analysis: Identify patterns, trends, and insights to help business make informed decisions.
- Forecasting & Planning: Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities by analyzing historical data and market trends.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, buying, finance, and operations teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure data is managed securely and comply with company policies and data protection regulations.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an MIS Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role, ideally in the electronics industry.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver reports within tight deadlines.
