Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fleet Sales Executive for a leading Rental Car Company in Abu Dhabi to join their team .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our fleet of vehicles for rental, including sourcing and securing long-term rental contracts, maintaining customer relationships, and overseeing fleet management activities. The role requires a deep understanding of fleet sales, car rental operations, and vehicle maintenance to provide tailored solutions to clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • Generate and secure new business opportunities by prospecting and building a strong sales pipeline of corporate clients, government agencies, and other large organizations in need of fleet rentals.
  • Develop, negotiate, and close contracts for long-term fleet rentals, ensuring terms meet client needs while aligning with company goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies to enhance fleet rental offerings and grow market share.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their specific needs and offering customized fleet solutions.
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings and check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services or fleet upgrades.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any client issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Fleet Management and Maintenance:
  • Coordinate with the fleet management team to ensure vehicles are maintained, serviced, and ready for rent as per the agreed-upon terms.
  • Oversee the proper allocation and distribution of fleet vehicles, ensuring they are available and operational when required.
  • Track and manage the lifecycle of vehicles within the fleet, ensuring timely replacements or upgrades to maintain the quality and availability of the rental fleet

Market Research and Reporting :

Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide valuable insights and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and fleet performance for internal reporting and performance analysis.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales targets, fleet availability, and client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet sales, car rental, or a related industry, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
  • In-depth understanding of fleet management principles, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients, negotiate deals, and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales or corporate accounts management.
  • Familiarity with fleet management software or rental systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
