Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Promotion: Actively promote and sell medical products, equipment, or services to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the medical products or services being sold, including their benefits, features, and applications.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and prospect new clients in the healthcare sector.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations for doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff to educate them on the use and benefits of products.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to provide the best solutions to clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing Sales: Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with clients to close sales deals.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Customer Support: Provide post-sale support to customers, address their concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry, is preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Negotiation Skills: Skilled at negotiating contracts and closing sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to understand and explain complex medical products or services.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented, driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple accounts, schedules, and tasks efficiently.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy) is typically preferred.
  • Certifications (optional): Relevant certifications in medical sales or related fields can be an advantage.
