Arthur Lawrence is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Admin Executive to join our Rawalpindi branch. The incumbent must be having 5-8 experience in Administration of handling bulk headcount and have exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fleet Management: Oversee and manage the fleet of company vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, handling insurance and compliance documentation, coordinating vehicle repairs, and ensuring the fleet is operating efficiently.
• Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers. Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure service levels meet the company’s expectations. Process purchase orders and handle any vendor-related issues.
• Facilities Management: Ensure the smooth operation of office facilities. Oversee maintenance requests, manage office supplies, coordinate with building management for repairs, and ensure health and safety standards are maintained across all office premises.
• Catering Management: Manage catering services for corporate events, meetings, and employee functions. Liaise with catering providers, plan menu options, and ensure delivery and service quality meet the company’s standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and the timely completion of all administrative tasks.
• Manage budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-saving initiatives where possible.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in administration, with a focus on fleet management, vendor management, facilities management, and catering management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
