About the Role:

As the Head of Fleet, you will oversee the strategy, operations, and optimization of our extensive fleet. You’ll play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance, while driving innovation in our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale fleet operations, including acquisition, maintenance, and disposal strategies.
• Develop and implement effective cost-control measures to optimize fleet expenses.
• Monitor fleet performance using data-driven insights and introduce improvements for efficiency and safety.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key stakeholders.
• Drive sustainability initiatives and integrate innovative solutions into fleet operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of fleet professionals, fostering growth and excellence.

Ideal Candidate:

• Extensive experience (10+ years preferred) in managing large-scale fleet operations, with a focus on optimization and cost management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in fleet management systems, data analytics, and reporting tools.
• In-depth understanding of compliance, safety regulations, and industry trends.
