We are currently looking for dynamic, results-driven professionals to join our team as Manager Operations/ Facility. As the Operations/Facility Manager, you will oversee all warehousing and logistics park operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization, operational efficiency, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. You will be responsible for managing budgets, inventory, team development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

JOB LOCATION:

Karachi and Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all warehousing and Log Park operations in the region, optimizing resource utilization (HR, MHEs, etc.) to achieve operational goals.
• Develop and implement both OPEX and CAPEX budgets for the Log Park, ensuring financial efficiency and effective resource allocation.
• Ensure accurate inventory management by overseeing inventory reconciliation, turnover, and Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO).
• Maintain high standards of operational efficiency across receiving, put away, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Enforce strict compliance with QAHSE standards, ensuring food safety, quality control, and HACCP regulations are upheld at all times.
• Lead training and development initiatives, ensuring staff are well-equipped to meet both current and future logistics needs.
• Review auditing reports with the team, ensuring timely closure, CAPA updates, and compliance with customer SLAs.
• Provide accurate and timely billing data to the Finance team and manage customer audits and sign-offs.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Minimum Graduation or Master’s in Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years in facility/operations management.
• Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
• Strong skills in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects efficiently.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration.
• Strong ability to assess issues and implement effective solutions.
• Experience leading and developing teams to meet operational goals.
