Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team at YOSH Hospitality. This role will play a critical part in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client experiences as part of our renowned hospitality division.

Main Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily hospitality operations, ensuring that all functions within the department run smoothly.
  • Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor team performance, providing guidance and resources to achieve organisational goals.

Client Relations:

  • Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
  • Organise and conduct client meetings and site visits to ensure alignment with expectations.

Team Leadership:

  • Train, develop, and motivate team members to exceed client expectations and internal performance indicators.
  • Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and support across shifts.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct regular audits of customer-facing services to ensure compliance with company standards and protocols.
  • Initiate and implement improvement plans for service delivery and operational processes.

Event Coordination:

  • Plan and manage both in-house and external events to deliver a world-class experience for participants.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure event logistics are executed flawlessly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
