Key Responsibilities</h4>
Beverage Preparation<ul><li>
Prepare and serve espresso-based coffees, specialty beverages, teas, fresh juices, and other refreshments.</li><li>
Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation.</li><li>
Perform latte art and specialty coffee preparation techniques where required.</li><li>
Maintain beverage preparation equipment in excellent working condition.</li></ul>
Guest Service<ul><li>
Provide professional and courteous service to residents, guests, and visitors.</li><li>
Anticipate guest preferences and respond promptly to requests.</li><li>
Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.</li><li>
Support VIP service requirements and special events as needed.</li></ul>
Hygiene &amp; Quality Standards<ul><li>
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service areas.</li><li>
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.</li><li>
Ensure proper storage and handling of all beverage ingredients.</li><li>
Monitor product freshness and quality.</li></ul>
Inventory Management<ul><li>
Assist in monitoring stock levels and replenishment of coffee beans, teas, milk products, syrups, and related supplies.</li><li>

Qualifications &amp; Requirements</h4><ul><li>
Professional Barista Certification from is a MUST.</li><li>
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a luxury hotel, caf&eacute;, restaurant, private residence, yacht, or hospitality environment.</li><li>
Good communication skills in English.</li><li>
Ability to work flexible hours based on operational requirements.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Preferred Certifications</h4><ul><li>
Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Barista Skills Certificate.</li><li>

Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on and passionate Ceramics Technician to support the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and delivery of our ceramics studio. This role plays a key part in ensuring a safe, efficient, and inspiring environment for makers while supporting educational programs, studio users, and community engagement activities.
Working closely with the Ceramics Consultant, you will assist in managing studio operations, kiln firing processes, materials, equipment maintenance, workshops, and member support.<h5 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h5>
Studio Operations &amp; Technical Management<ul><li>
Manage daily studio operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and readiness.</li><li>
Oversee kiln scheduling, loading, firing, and unloading processes.</li><li>
Maintain firing logs and documentation of kiln usage.</li><li>
Monitor and manage clay, glazes, tools, and studio consumables.</li><li>
Maintain inventory records and stock levels.</li><li>
Prepare and recycle clay, manage reclaim processes, and ensure material readiness.</li><li>
Perform routine equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs when required.</li><li>
Support studio setup and reset for daily activities, workshops, and programs.</li></ul>
Kiln &amp; Firing Management<ul><li>
Execute firing schedules in coordination with the Ceramics Consultant.</li><li>
Prepare, load, monitor, and unload kilns according to technical standards.</li><li>
Ensure proper handling and firing of ceramic works.</li><li>
Advise users on firing processes, risks, and best practices.</li><li>
Minimize material waste and optimize kiln loads.</li></ul>
Educational Support<ul><li>
Support the delivery of ceramics workshops and classes.</li><li>
Facilitate introductory and beginner-level ceramics sessions.</li><li>
Assist with preparing teaching materials, samples, demonstrations, and studio setups.</li><li>
Provide technical guidance and support to participants during sessions.</li></ul>
Community Engagement &amp; Member Support<ul><li>
Provide day-to-day support to ceramics studio members.</li><li>
Guide users on the safe and proper use of tools, materials, and equipment.</li><li>
Assist members in troubleshooting technical challenges.</li><li>

Escalate complex technical or creative queries to the Ceramics Consultant when required.</li></ul>
Health, Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.</li><li>
Monitor the safe use of studio equipment and materials.</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness and organization of shared spaces.</li><li>

Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Ceramics, Fine Arts, Design, or a related field.</li><li>
2&ndash;4 years of hands-on experience in a ceramics studio or similar environment.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of clay bodies, glazing techniques, and firing processes.</li><li>
Experience operating and maintaining kilns and studio equipment.</li><li>
Workshop facilitation or teaching experience is an advantage.</li><li>
Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>
Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.</li></ul>

Ceramic Technician

<div>We are seeking an experienced and organised Chef de Partie to take charge of the hot kitchen. The successful candidate will lead the hot section during service, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards and supervising junior kitchen staff to achieve efficient, safe and timely service.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Lead the hot kitchen section during service, preparing and cooking dishes to menu specifications while ensuring consistency in portion control, presentation and flavour.</li><li>
Coordinate with the Executive chef and other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service flow, timely plating and accurate ticket fulfilment.</li><li>
Follow and maintain established recipes and cooking techniques, contributing ideas for menu development, specials and seasonal adjustments.</li><li>
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness in line with statutory regulations and company policies; ensure the hot section meets all HACCP requirements.</li><li>
Monitor stock levels for the hot section, assist with inventory checks, manage appropriate portioning and minimise food waste through efficient preparation practices.</li><li>
Ensure correct storage, labelling and rotation of ingredients and finished products, including proper handling of allergens and dietary requests such as halal requirements.</li><li>
Report equipment faults, maintenance needs and any health and safety hazards promptly to supervisors.</li><li>
Support plated presentation standards and quality control during service, and undertake end‑of‑service duties including cleaning, prep for the next shift and handover notes.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Required Skills &amp; Experience</h3><ul><li>
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or senior cook within restaurants, hotels or catering operations, with demonstrable expertise in running a hot section.</li><li>
Solid knowledge of classical and contemporary cooking techniques relevant to the hot kitchen, with an ability to work to recipes and adapt to changing menus.</li><li>
Experience supervising and developing junior kitchen staff, with strong leadership and communication skills.</li><li>
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards; relevant food hygiene certification is desirable.</li><li>
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced service environment while maintaining attention to detail and consistency.</li><li>
Strong organisational skills, time management and a proactive approach to problem solving and stock control.</li><li>
Flexibility to work varying shift patterns including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.</li><li>
