Position Summary
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages within a luxury private hospitality environment. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, professional presentation, and a commitment to delivering personalized service while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
Beverage Preparation
Prepare and serve espresso-based coffees, specialty beverages, teas, fresh juices, and other refreshments.
Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation.
Perform latte art and specialty coffee preparation techniques where required.
Maintain beverage preparation equipment in excellent working condition.
Guest Service
Provide professional and courteous service to residents, guests, and visitors.
Anticipate guest preferences and respond promptly to requests.
Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
Support VIP service requirements and special events as needed.
Hygiene & Quality Standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service areas.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Ensure proper storage and handling of all beverage ingredients.
Monitor product freshness and quality.
Inventory Management
Assist in monitoring stock levels and replenishment of coffee beans, teas, milk products, syrups, and related supplies.
Report inventory shortages and equipment maintenance requirements.
Professional Barista Certification from is a MUST.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a luxury hotel, café, restaurant, private residence, yacht, or hospitality environment.
Good communication skills in English.
Ability to work flexible hours based on operational requirements.
Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Barista Skills Certificate.
City & Guilds Barista Skills Certification.
Any recognized Barista Training Program or Coffee Academy Certification.
