Barista

We are seeking a talented and passionate Specialty Coffee Barista to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE coffee industry and is ready to bring their skills and enthusiasm to our establishment immediately.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee beverages.

- Maintain knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.

- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation.

- Assist in training new staff on coffee preparation and customer service.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista in the UAE.

- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and brewing techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
